Pepe and Rhonda might not have been Westies, but they were around alot longer than anyone else. In their minds, they were a step or two above Westies anyway. Pepe the "poodle" was "Randell's favorite dog", and Rhonda the papillon, of the John Oulton (Cadaga) papillons, didn't care as long as she got to nap higher up on Randell's chest than Pepe did.
