On Saturday and Sunday, September 20 and 21, we went to Tom and Arlene Tarter's house (Bearland Westies) to groom some of the Dallas westies.
Our first guests were Mike and Kathy Smith with their "musties" Cookie (pictured) and Biscuit. Kathy is learning from Randell and has become quite the trimmer. We always look forward to seeing the Smiths. They are great friends.
Cindy and Frankie Shirk brought over their puppy (pictured left) for evaluation and grooming, and then Dr. Jean Wall (pictured right) showed up with "Yankee".
Then we got to see the new Levi son. Randell will be showing him in the classes at the national as his owners are making their first Montgomery County in October. His name is "Stuart Little". He is the repeat of Tom and Arlene's Webster. He promises to be a standout.
After working up quite an appetite grooming, we all went to eat Mexican at El Fenix. Joanne Hancock (Ashdown Westies) and her granddaughter, Jordan, show off Jordan's sassy new outfit while Roy Wilshaw (Domaroy Kennels) looks on. Roy is visiting from England and will go to Montgomery County in October.
Arlene, Suzanne, and Randell, waiting for their margaritas. It will be another big Bearland day all over again tomorrow.
